Faith the Dog Supports Oklahoma Relief Efforts

Many of you know that Faith and I were both born in Oklahoma City. My children Reuben, Laura, and Caity were also born in that great city, and today we are hurting and suffering heartache with the people of that community. Moore, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, Newcastle, and other cities surrounding these communities are suffering from one of the most disasterous storms to hit the nation. We wanted the people of Oklahoma to know that we are with you in our hearts and in our prayers. WE ARE ONLY BOOKING FAITH TO APPEAR FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.  SHE IS REALLY REALLY RETIRING...

Thank you for your interest in booking Faith and me for your next conference, inspirational speaking engagement, and/or motivational seminar.  We have very limited time to make public appearances due to the fact that we are now booking many military base book signings.  The book FAITH WALKS is out, and available at www.iuniverse.com. 

Faith is a fantastic dog. She is a miracle maker in some ways - - but to be honest, she's not able to speak and tell her story of overcoming all the odds against her -- that's where I come in. For more than 25 years I have been a public speaker. For the past six years I have been a national and international speaker. I was also a member of the National Speakers Association.  I hold a PhD (ABD) in Education and Administration. When Faith and I come out to be a part of your life it is me you are hiring - - Faith is a dog.  Now, having said that - - she is a really cool dog with an amazing story!!

FEES:

I do not charge the active full-time military for meeting Faith.  Military personnel would be responsible for expenses such as traveling, transportation and hotel.  This is another way Faith and I say "Thank you for your service" to our men and women in uniform around the world. With the military being the bulk of my appearances it becomes necessary to charge non-military hosts a typical and average fee as a national leveled motivational speaker. I schedule less paid appearances to give Faith a rest. I hope you understand.

We are ONLY booking for film / television or local events.  ALL local events will be $500.00 turn-key.  They must be within 3 hours driving time of Indianapolis, IN.  All fees are due at the time of the booking - NO EXCEPTIONS. You can book now to hold a future date. Dates are from Feb. 5, 2013 to May 28, 2013.  We will ONLY do weekend events unless your group is INSIDE the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. 

Speaking events last about 1 hour and you will have time to take photos, ask questions and see Faith up close. However, large groups such as schools, churches, should consider that Jude will hold Faith for the children to see her - she is not to be approached quickly by several people at one time. THESE EVENTS AND SHOWS ARE VERY LIMITED.  ALL FEES AND/OR PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.  (All fees are non-refundable)  You may book the DATE of the event in the future, but the payment and/or fee is due at the time of the booking itself. 

SCHOOLS - you are responsible for all event expenses including airfare and ground transporation, this may or may not be a conflict with your PTA rules. I will NOT make exceptions for any event in this matter. In case of an ACT OF GOD I will try to reschedule to the best of my abilities.
