Happy 9th Birthday to Faith the Dog!! She turned 9 recently (Dec. 22) and has less than one year to work before she officially retires.  Faith will hopefully retire at the Ft. Lewis - McChord Joint AFB on her birthday next year. We're in the planning stage for the celebration.  For those of you who wish to send Faith a present she likes Starbucks! OMG -- we booked three more places today! (Looking at Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, Ohio Rottweiler Rescue, and possibly Puerto Rico.) C'mon Hawaii..do something! Step up! LOL

 You're going to have to get on the train fast if you want Faith and I to appear in the fall at your conference. I have some blackout dates and with those and the dates taken, I'm looking at 4 dates available in September (no Sat. unless OU is playing Baylor) and 3 dates in October if H.H. Backer doesn't come through.  WOW -- I have 3 in February booked already.  Funny, Christmas is WIDE OPEN, but then again, I'm really hanging back on that one because Baby Boy comes home from the Army during that week.  I can't miss my son coming home. I'd probably even tell Sinise he'd have to wait - - and that's saying something! LOL

Faith is a fantastic dog. She is a miracle maker in some ways - - but to be honest, she's not able to speak and tell her story of overcoming all the odds against her -- that's where I come in. For more than 25 years I have been a public speaker. For the past six years I have been a national and international speaker. I was also a member of the National Speakers Association.  I hold a PhD (ABD) in Education and Administration. When Faith and I come out to be a part of your life it is me you are hiring - - Faith is a dog.  Now, having said that - - she is a really cool dog with an amazing story!!

FEES:

I do not charge the active full-time military for meeting Faith.  Military personnel would be responsible for expenses such as traveling, transportation and hotel.  This is another way Faith and I say "Thank you for your service" to our men and women in uniform around the world. With the military being the bulk of my appearances it becomes necessary to charge non-military hosts a typical and average fee as a national leveled motivational speaker. I schedule less paid appearances to give Faith a rest. I hope you understand.

International rates:  $5000 per event (no more than 3 days)  + expenses  FAITH DOES NOT COME TO THESE EVENTS. (She may travel to Canada)

Domestic Rates: Call (317) 410-3073  for fees and expenses:   $2500 for the first day, $1000 for an additional day if needed. Expenses include: Airline tickets with American Airlines, bag-check, a pet-friendly 2-star+ hotel, and transportation with a service or responsbile driver from the event. If an additional person is required for the event to assist me his/her expenses are covered by the host.

FILMING / TELEVISION:  We do not charge for NEWS type interviews if the host promotes my books and bookings.  For all entertainment interviews there is a minimum of $750 interview fee and a daily filming charge of $2500 per day + expenses if you need us to be outside of our home town of Indianapolis. ** This does not apply to any feature or motion picture event. Those fees will be negotiated.

(American Airlines may allow us to fly Economy for domestic flights now. This is not guaranteed, but possible. Please call me for details.)

THESE EVENTS AND SHOWS ARE VERY LIMITED.  ALL FEES AND/OR PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.  (All fees are non-refundable)  You may book the DATE of the event in the future, but the payment and/or fee is due at the time of the booking itself.  SCHOOLS - you are responsible for all event expenses including airfare and ground transporation, this may or may not be a conflict with your PTA rules. I will NOT make exceptions for any event in this matter. In case of ACT OF GOD I will try to reschedule to the best of my abilities.
