Japanese TV Show "Unbelievable"

Faith was featured on the very popular show "Unbelievable" in Japan yesterday (or today if you're in this part of the world). I'm told that over 5,000,000 Japanese viewers watched the four-hour special and it would be GREAT to find out how they responded.  I know that when we filmed the segment where we are speaking live from our livingroom it was about midnight our time and we could hear laughing, screaming, clapping, happy people as Faith was talked about and then when the camera was turned on her.  She was obviously loved and that is so very exciting for us.

I was able to talk about my book "Faith Alone: Stories of an Amazing Dog", which has been picked up by Uni Agency and published by Village Books in Japan. It is translated into Japanese, so anyone who wants to buy that version can do so through their local bookstore or by ordering it online. I have a few copies, but you know I can't read them! LOL  Laura is practicing her Japanese by trying to read them slowly.  What a great show it was!! Thank you to Creative TopSpin in  NYC for coming out and filiming us.  Mariko is the producer and she was such a wonderful woman. We consider her a new member of the family. You can see their pictures in the PHOTO section of this site. Fuji-TV is the sponsor and/or network for "Unbelievable" and they have been so very kind and considerate as well.  If you have an opportunity to work with these groups in the future, I hope you have the same great experience we did!

I'm a local pastor in Tokyo.

I'm a local pastor in Tokyo.  Yes, I did watch Fuji TV's Unbelievable, and was excited to find out about Fatih and the family.

I did purchase the translated book, and glad to find out that you're a Christian family, church goer, and I am going to quote your story in my sermon this coming Sunday.

The fact that love and purpose changed your whole family atmosphere will be an convincing story to tell how God's love can change us.  Thank you for mentioning the name of Jesus in your web-site.

May God bless the Stringfellow's, including Faith, and especially your son who is stationed in Iraq.

THANK YOU!!!  I am so happy that you will be talking about Faith in your church. I am so very very very happy. This is what we believe Faith was made for. Thank you.  By the way, my son is home now. YES, he is safe, and we are very blessed.

I watched the Japanese show

I watched the Japanese show "Unbelievable" last night and was SO touched, I couldn't stop crying. Everyone on the show were crying as well. Recently, I had been feeling really low and had no motivation in life but watching Faith reminded me once again of the importance of life. I will once again challenge myself to be the best person I can be and strive to achieve my dreams! Thank you SO much for inspiring so many lives. My best to Faith!

Thank you Pamela for your

Thank you Pamela for your comment! We love Faith so much, and it was a great honor to be seen on the show "Unbelievable". It was fun to film it, and to meet the producers. I wish we could have flown to Japan to do the show live. It would have been so much fun! Thanks again for your kind words about our little yellow puppy!
